“This hotel is a perfect choice”
Wonderful stay! Located right close to Kitanomine Gondola (ski slopes) in Furano, I imagine Fenix West must he a hugely popular hotel during the winter season! I visited in the summer when it was much quieter. If you enjoy a peaceful environment, you will definitely love it here. Upon stepping into the room, i immediately regretted not booking a longer stay! The room is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need - a kitchen, a washing machine, a smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and a bed so cozy that you won’t want to get out of it! The warm hospitality began right from check-in. The staff spoken fluent English and went above and beyond - not only explaining all the room facilities, but also proactively introducing many great local spot in Furano. Her sincerity truly made a lasting impression. Parking is convenient as it is located right in front of the hotel. Even if it gets full, the hotel provides alternative parking locations nearby. While breakfast is not included with the hotel, there is a cafe (Ronin cafe) on the G/F that I highly recommend! There are also plenty of delicious restaurants in the surrounding area, all easily accessible by foot or by car. Whether you are here for a short trip or a longer stay, this hotel is a perfect choice!

“Absolutely 5 star service”
Absolutely 5 star service from the front desk Amber-san who has been extremely patient and kind with our little family of 3 accomodating various of our requests such as last minute extension and arranging for taxi. You will be in good hands as they are English speaking. The room is just perfect and the kitchen equipments are just amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again!

Fenix West was exactly what we were hoping for. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved being so close to the gondola, and having great cafés and restaurants within walking distance was a huge plus.
The team was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and their local recommendations were spot on. We'd definitely book here again next time!

Fenix West was the best decision ever for our group of six - amazing service, modern and spacious suites, and the best location! Special thanks to Jen and Jonah for their extra-mile hospitality, from restaurant recommendations, reservations to the drives around town. If there was an option for 10 stars out of 5, we would absolutely pick that! Our stay at Fenix West has been one of the most wonderful and memorable stays we’ve had! ❄️🏔️ The hotel is incredibly convenient. It’s just 2 minutes’ walk to the snowboarding/ski shop (Rhythm) and about 3 minutes to the Kitanomine slopes, which meant we could start snowboarding and skiing immediately every day! 🏂 The hotel itself is classy, elegant, and perfect for group stays. After a full day of snowboarding, it was such a great place for our group to relax and chill together. We are also incredibly thankful to the warm and sincere staff who took such great care of us during our stay. A special shoutout to Jenimah for her amazing food recommendations, her high energy, and for helping arrange the shuttle to the train station so we could make it to the airport on time. She made us feel very reassured and super well taken care of. 🙏 We would also like to thank Jonah for ferrying us around. He always kept an upbeat energy during the drives and shared great conversations and recommendations about Furano! 🚐 We would also like to thank Bella and a Japanese lady staff (we’re sorry we didn’t catch the name) for giving us the hotel’s hot chocolate and making arrangements to take a packet for us from Fenix itself when it has run out!! :) To the rest of the staff we met, thank you as well for being so kind and always ready to help. We’re super sorry we can’t remember every single name, but we truly appreciated the superb warm service! Our group definitely looks forward to coming back to Fenix West and Furano again in the future. Thank you for helping make this trip such a special and memorable one for all of us!!!! ❤️

“Love this place”
We stayed at Fenix West this year after discovering it with a stay last year. We love it and will return as often as we are able. Rooms are beautiful and clean, easy wander to the lift, as good as ski in and out. The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly especially in an emergency. A special thank you to Yuko, who goes above and beyond to help with anything. She is very special. The transport staff were great too, especially Tyler, Jack and Sam. Love this place
