“Exceptional!”
Nice, completely new apartment house, very tasteful colors and decor in discreet tones. Small kitchenette with good facilities. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom with great shower. A bit outside of Furano, very quiet. We were more than thrilled!

For my first trip to Hokkaido, I booked accommodation in Furano and Niseko and stayed at Phoenix West for 2 nights and 3 days. It's located diagonally across from Phoenix Furano. The lobby and entrance are very compact, and the walls in the rooms are thin.
The water quality of the shower, the comfort of the bed, and the comfort of the linens were of high quality. I have stayed in many rooms in the past, and this bed was one that made my body feel light even when I slept for hours on end. The cleaning was also very good. As you drive around, you'll come across a few food restaurants. There are also a few convenience stores. It's 40 minutes to Biei Grazing Farm, and you should definitely go there if you're in Furano. Also, an oden shop called Kazusho near Furano Station was excellent.
Please let me use this hotel again when I come to Hokkaido. I hope it doesn't become too popular to be booked.

“It was very good.”
The scenery were better than I expected, and I couldn't help but take multiple photos. It was very good.
An accommodation where you can enjoy elegant coffee in one of the few spaces in Hokkaido where you can enjoy tasteful furniture and interior decoration.

“Nice and modern furnishings ”
Nicely furnished rooms or apartments. Just a few steps to the lift. Staff very helpful and friendly (and can speak very good English as well). You can go to the coffee shop for breakfast without having to go outside.
